Namaste. Welcome to our Introduction to a Strong & Healthy Back Practice. There are several reasons you might be suffering from back pain. Whatever the cause, taking the time to do exercises specifically for your back helps alleviate and prevent back discomfort.
This 5-session introductory course is designed to:
- Stretch out tight back muscles
- Improve ease of movement
- Release hip tension
- Strengthen your abdominal muscles
- Strengthen your back and supporting muscles
- Reduce stress and cultivate inner peace with Yoga Sound Meditation®
As you progress through the course, be mindful of what may be causing your back pain and do what you can to address the problem. Throughout the day, be more aware of your posture, notice how different foods make you feel, and get good-quality sleep. You might also like to meditate every day. These practices will help you experience greater well-being.
