Namaste and welcome to our course, Introduction to Easy Yoga for Strength. This course focuses on yoga poses that help you begin the process of building strength. Remember, you can build strength at any age, but it's important to work at it gradually to prevent injury. So as you practice the asanas in this intro course, take it slowly, but practice regularly--that's the key to getting stronger.
In this 4-session course, you’ll practice a special series of exercises to:
- Increase leg, back, and hip strength
- Strengthen your core muscles
- Build and maintain bone density to prevent osteoporosis
- Improve your stamina
- Gain flexibility
- Ease stress and cultivate inner peace with Yoga Sound Meditation®
