
Namaste! Welcome. This 14-session course contains all the asanas necessary for a strong, healthy back. Be sure to complete the introductory course first to get prepared for the poses in these sessions.
We'll start by gently stretching tight muscles to release lower back tension. Then we’ll bring in spinal twists to increase the flexibility of the spine, hips, and shoulders for greater ease of movement. Later, we’ll focus on the hips. Strong, flexible hip flexors and hamstrings keep the pelvis in the neutral position required for long-term back health. We’ll also work the core muscles that support the lower back.
