Namaste! Keeping our legs both strong and flexible is well worth the effort. The front and back of the legs should be equally strong and flexible, as should the inner and outer legs. Many people have an imbalance, which can lead to poor posture and body mechanics, which in turn may result in knee, hip, or back pain.

The knees, for example, are vulnerable to injury, especially when practicing active sports like tennis, hiking, or skiing. They are also subject to overuse. If the muscles supporting the knees, including those of the hips and buttocks, are both strong and flexible, there is less risk of twisting the knee and spraining or tearing one of its ligaments.

This 7-session course enables you to:

  • Strengthen and tone your legs and ankles
  • Stretch and strengthen the hip flexors
  • Help protect your knees
  • Stretch your hamstrings
  • Strengthen your back
  • Tone your abs
  • Energize your whole body
  • Increase alertness
  • Enjoy Yoga Singing and Dancing to improve cardio function

Best wishes!
