Namaste and welcome! This course is especially suited to our modern lifestyle, which often creates tightness or soreness around the neck and shoulders.

Sometimes our shoulders are chronically tense from being constantly hunched up towards our ears. Other times, we sit for long periods with our head bowed forward. This position can result in the weakening and overstretching of the upper back muscles as well as those at the back of the shoulders and neck. Meanwhile, the chest muscles and those at the front of the neck become short and tight.

This 7-session course focuses on lengthening and releasing tight muscles to help ease pain and discomfort, helping to:

  • Create greater mobility in your neck
