Namaste and welcome to our course, Full Body Hormone Balancing. Our hormones are instrumental to our overall well-being. They influence our mood, energy levels, weight, ability to get quality sleep and many other aspects of our health. Yet we rarely think about our hormones until they stop doing their job.

This 4-session course gives you powerful yoga techniques to help bring the body into balance.

Each session has a specific focus: Session 1 is for soothing the nervous system, Session 2 focuses on the thyroid and parathyroid glands, Session 3 targets the pancreas and balancing blood sugar, and Session 4 focuses on reproduction.
