Diffuse lavender oil
Enhance your ability to relax and release tension by adding 5-7 drops of our Lavender Essential Oil to an aromatherapy diffuser while you are working or practicing the recommended techniques.
Our whole body relies on movement to stay limber and mobile. Regular movement increases circulation and hydrates our muscles and joints, allowing them to glide and move with greater ease. In this step, you’ll work on actively stretching your legs while increasing mobility in the hips, knees, and ankles.
