Daily self-massage with lavender oil
Enhance your ability to release neck and shoulder tension by gently massaging a few drops of our Lavender + Jojoba Oil Blend onto your temples and the front and back of your neck.
This step includes a variety of exercises designed to relax and stretch your shoulders, neck, and upper body. Not only will they help you increase the range of motion in your neck and shoulders, but they will also help prevent tension from developing.
Chair yoga
On days when you spend long hours at your desk, try the 20-minute Release Your Neck & Shoulders session to stretch out and re-energize. You can split it up and do half in the morning, half in the afternoon. Many of the poses can be done standing to stretch your legs as well.
