Practice tips
Yoga breathing: Practice Abdominal Breathing or Complete Yoga Breathing every day if possible. It’s especially effective for helping you relax at the end of the day.
Take a break: Try doing Twin Dragons during a work break, or any time your back feels stiff.
Lavender oil massage
Gently massage your abdomen, waist and lower back with a few drops of our Lavender + Jojoba Oil Blend to help relieve stress and ease tired and aching muscles.
Diffuse lavender oil
Add 5-7 drops of our Lavender Essential Oil to an aromatherapy diffuser for a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
